Counsel Culture is a Residential Crisis Stabilization Service that offers support in training and education for individuals in the City of Richmond, Tri-Cities, Chesterfield, Henrico, Hanover, and surrounding counties who are experiencing a mental health crisis and in need of short-term stabilization.

How We Work
Person-centered, creative approaches
We use person-centered, creative approaches to link our clients with services that promote growth, change, and independence. Our specialists connect clients with appropriate physicians and community resources, so each person is supported beyond our own doors.
We believe that effective, ethical, and quality services not only motivate clients but also strengthen families and positively impact communities. Our Residential Crisis Support Staff and Case Managers maintain small caseloads of 4 to 5 clients at a time to ensure quality care.
