Our Residential Crisis Stabilization Unit (RCSU) is built to feel like home while providing the structure and support of professional crisis services.

Counsel Culture provides short-term Residential Crisis Stabilization services for adults experiencing acute mental health crises that do not require hospitalization. Admission is assessed per DBHDS and DMAS guidelines, and every situation is individual, so this page does not replace an assessment.
